　　xbgc moved to the nantang kong in 1972, the main business were motor repairing and machining. in 1980, changed its name to xixia electromechanical plastics factory, produced plastic products and small water turbine generator set. xbgc move forward in the exploration until 1984 with small scale, less capital ,and backward equipments,.

the third phase, strategic transition (1984 - 1999) 

　　in july 1984, mr. shucheng li was appointed with director and party branch secretary, he researched the development of china steel enterprises, took decisive action to produce steelmaking protective material, explored a new way for thecompany, and began a landmark strategic transformation in the history of the development.
　　in 1985,the corporate changed its name to xixia protective material factory , after a good beginning in shanxi steel company, it quickly occupied the northwest market, then ,northeast, hebei, jiangsu and zhejiang, southwest markets, domestic business developed orderly, science then xbgc opened a new page.

　　in 2000, with the strongly support of chengguan town government, set up the "xixia productive materials group co., ltd.", the successful implementation of the joint-stock reform.
　　in 2002 ,all collective stocks drop out, achieve full private joint-stock operations.
　　in 2003,collectivization operation start running, it firstly entered into the northwest, founded the yuhua metallurgical burden company in huating county, pingliang city, gansu province, took its access to the field of steel alloy. founded the xibao aluminum products co.ltd in danjiangkou city, hubei province, specialized in the production of steel core aluminum with patent. in the same year, expanded the area of steelmaking service, started a new filed of casting refractory.
　　in december 2004,henan xibao metallurgy materials group co.,ltd was registered in zhengzhou,henan province, the international trade achieve a zero breakthrough, the value of exports reached $ 3,000,000.
　　in june 2005, acquisition nearly 300 mu of land beside south extension of the guanhe road, built xibao industrial park, have introduced four items into it.
　　in 2006, lushan xibao special alloy co., ltd was founded in lushan city,sichuan province; established xifeng co., ltd in baotou .
